Over 60 guests from the real estate industry, with all their ideas and plans, their professional and private stories, came together at the end of February in the pleasant ambience of a traditional Italian restaurant in anticipation of an overwhelming evening – at my annual Private Real Estate Dinner.
At Mondo Pazzo in Charlottenburg, in addition to a first-class menu with excellent wine accompaniment, there was, as always, constructive professional dialogue, which experience has shown often leads to new partnerships and projects. No, what’s more, and no less noteworthy, we once again asked for donations for charitable causes – with an extremely impressive result: according to preliminary figures, we were able to collect €100,000 in donations, which will go to two very worthy projects. The Children’s Oncology Department in Münster, which was represented by Prof. Dr Claudia Rössig, and the Björn Schulz Foundation in Berlin, which supports families with terminally ill and life-shortening children in their everyday lives, will now be able to use this financial support to benefit their valuable work.
I am delighted that this evening was so successful again and would like to thank all the guests who made the evening what it was with their presence, the dedicated team from Mondo Pazzo for the great hospitality, the guests of honour Prof. Dr. Claudia Rössig, Liesa Ninnemann and Claudia Thomas for their presence and the presentation of their projects, my wonderful colleagues Annina Gebhardt and Josephine Fröhlich and all the donors who were prepared to support our projects financially this year despite their absence.
