The next project in Berlin has started, for which we have acquired the majority shareholding. Moayedi Investments GmbH will be responsible for asset management – and for ensuring that the project runs smoothly and successfully.
This is an already established medical centre with great potential for redensification. This could hardly come at a better time, as medical centres are currently at the top of the list in the property market. There is already a property with a current floor space of just under 1,300 m² on a generous plot of around 2,400 m². In addition, we have already obtained planning permission for a new building with approx. 1,800 m² and for adding a further approx. 450 m² of lettable space to the existing building. The plot has also been divided in real terms so that the existing building and the new building can be developed independently of each other.
The location of the property in the north-west of the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district is strategically favourable, with high density and numerous new construction projects in the surrounding area. In addition to practice space for doctors, a pharmacy and a children’s day care centre are to be built in the new building.
