As the year drew to a close, two additional multi-family residential buildings in NRW were successfully notarized. Despite the typically quieter period between the holidays, the signings were completed exactly as scheduled.

The properties, located in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Leverkusen, also originate from the portfolio of our English client, who has commissioned us with the sale of their fourteen holdings.

With these closings, a total of seven properties have now been successfully divested. Additional assets are already in the pipeline and will be progressively transitioned into the marketing phase in the coming year.
