Sustainability is a central component of our corporate responsibility as an owner and asset manager. At our location on Großbeerenstraße in Potsdam, we are implementing targeted measures that combine ecological, social, and corporate responsibility.

In recent months, we have completed several projects that contribute to the reduction of energy consumption and the promotion of renewable energies. A modern photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of the building, making it possible to cover a portion of the energy requirements directly on-site using solar power. Furthermore, the electricity supply for the entire building is now sourced entirely from certified green energy.

To further increase efficiency, the lighting in all common areas has been converted to modern LED technology. This investment not only lowers energy consumption but also improves light quality and reduces maintenance requirements. In addition, a covered bicycle parking area was constructed to encourage the use of eco-friendly mobility and offer tenants attractive alternatives to motorized transport.

These measures are part of our continuous commitment to the sustainable development of our properties. We do not view ESG as a short-term trend, but as an integral part of our investment and management strategy. Our goal is to steadily improve the energy efficiency of our properties and create long-term value – for our tenants, our investors, and the environment.
