2025 Review: Transactions, Project Development, and Responsibility

The 2025 fiscal year was characterized by intensive project work, demanding transactions, and the consistent further development of our portfolio. We were able to achieve key milestones and successfully implement strategic measures.

The focus was on transactions and development projects in Berlin, Potsdam, and – for the first time on a larger scale – North Rhine-Westphalia. Through these efforts, we further expanded our regional presence and pushed forward the diversification of our portfolio.

Active Asset Management as a Stability Factor

Through active asset management, we were able to stabilize locations, secure long-term lease agreements, realign property uses, and successfully notarize several sales. Especially with complex projects, it became clear how much our endurance, flexibility, and deep market understanding have defined us.

Even as the year drew to a close, things did not slow down: notarizations between the holidays ensured a strong finish and a seamless transition into the new year.

ESG as an Integral Part of the Real Estate Strategy

Acting responsibly remained a central component of our corporate strategy. ESG measures were consistently further developed and implemented throughout the year. This particularly included energetic optimizations and measures for sustainable building use.

The integration of ESG criteria into our real estate strategy helps to ensure long-term value stability and meet both regulatory and social requirements.

Engagement Beyond the Core Business

In addition to our operational business, our social commitment continued. The 9th Private Real Estate Dinner 2025 once again achieved high donation proceeds in favor of the Björn Schulz Foundation and the Pediatric Neurosurgery department at Charité Berlin. Furthermore, our commitment to the Björn Schulz Foundation was continued during the Berlin Marathon in September.

Teamwork as the Foundation of Success

The results achieved are based on a strong team and the continuous development of internal structures. New areas of responsibility, professional exchange, and a partnership based on trust contributed significantly to the successful implementation of our projects.
