The 10th Private Real Estate Dinner celebrates an anniversary in 2026: for a decade, this dinner has combined professional exchange within the real estate industry with a clear charitable purpose.

On this evening, a total donation sum of €100,000 was achieved. Given the demanding economic environment, this result is particularly remarkable and underscores the industry’s willingness to take on responsibility.

Support for Two Long-Standing Partner Institutions

TThe proceeds will benefit two organizations that we have supported for years, split equally between:

• The Björn Schulz Foundation, represented by Jessica Staiger and Liesa Ninnemann.
• The Pediatric Neurosurgery department at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Ulrich-W. Thomale.
