As part of an asset management mandate, we have been awarded the exclusive marketing contract for a residential real estate portfolio consisting of 14 multi-family houses in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The marketing will be carried out in stages and is aimed at a broad spectrum of professional and private investors.

The seller is an internationally active investor whom we are supporting comprehensively throughout the entire transaction process – from strategic preparation and vendor due diligence to the successful placement of the properties on the market. The goal is to design a sales process that is efficient, transparent, and value-enhancing.

The properties offer attractive investment opportunities in established residential locations. The purchase prices for the individual assets range between approximately €1 million and €5 million.
