We buy classic apartment buildings as well as residential and commercial properties in Berlin, Potsdam, the Berlin environs and in Magdeburg. Ideally, these buildings are already land register divided into residential properties. Here we distinguish between complete properties as well as condominium packages and residual portfolios, on which we place a special focus in Berlin.

Another focus is our search for office properties in Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area. In Potsdam, together with a local family office, we have built up a larger portfolio with approx. 15,000 sqm of office space, which we would like to expand continuously and successively.

We pursue a value-add risk structure for office properties, i.e., we prefer contracts with short to medium-term maturities: solid B locations that are still developing. For modernisation measures, we draw on our long-standing network of craft businesses and architects, with whom we also identify redensification potential.

We have no fixed limits in terms of size, as we examine each offer individually and select a partner and co-investor for each individual asset class and property type that best suits the offer (location, property type, volume, development period, portfolio or sale after appreciation, residential privatisation, redensification, etc.).
